Zihao Wu: A dragon, reincarnated as a human. The incredible power of his soul made him an effective mob enforcer in New Hong Kong, but the cruel life he had to live chafed against him. In the end, he hooked up with Bai Lin.
Fang Xin: A former assassin and spy for the dreaded Phoenix Army trying to escape her past. She wanted nothing more than to live a quiet life and avoid trouble, but a nosy monk wouldn't let her. In the end, she became a wanderer herself, trying to leave the nuclear wasteland a little brighter than she found it.
Xiang Jin: A gambler and gunslinger attempting to pay off her truly massive gambling debt to a cruel master. Do not cross a desperate woman with a gun and nothing to lose. In the end, she didn't learn from her mistakes, and just kept right on fucking up.
Yang Wei: A warlord of the wastes who just stopped one day and decided he didn't want to conquer and more. Now he hunts down those who seek to stain the world in the way that he once did. In the end, he died fighting the Yellow Emperor, but some might say he worked off his evil deeds before he died.
Shi Tao: A travelling conman, posing as a monk and doctor with many secrets. He holds them close. In the end, he became a monk in truth.
